Shanghai Xingling Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. And Shanghai Xingmei Industry and Commerce Co., Ltd. It is a collective enterprise affiliated to the Economic Committee of Chongming County in Shanghai with a registered capital of 12 million RMB. In February 2001, it purchased the former Shanghai Changzheng Screwdriver Factory. Shanghai Unique Plastics and Hardware Co., Ltd. And their product financial leases at a price of around 10 million RMB. It was changed over to private enterprise in 2003. Its main products are hair dryer, electric iron, electric water kettle, Disposable cutlery, automatic pencil sharpener, all kinds of accessories like fans and heating elements for household electronic appliances.
